staff isnice, place isclean, and they normally gets parts they dont carry pretty quickly. Not tomention the location isPRIME! Grabbing apart isn't that big ofa inconvenience because they're inthe perfect spot!

I've been going tothis O'Reilly location for maybe 10years. I've owned 3f-150s and aranger soi was inthere atleast twice amonth until last year when igot achrysler. Now I'm scared they might not rememberme...... soI've built arelationship with them and found that they have every bolt, clip, gasket, mount, and braket that you might needfor, inmy case, myrust covered money pits. I've never gone anywhere else besides when ihave nochoice the whole time I've lived here solely because, when ifind aplace that has everything ineed, doi really want togo anywhere else. The people who work there are professionals and ifthe one ofthem doesn't know what you need chances are someone there can decode what your saying. I'm not the most mechanically inclined individual and have told them ineed *insert horrible product description here* and had them beable towalk into the back room open abox and see the part ineeded inside. The selection seems small atfirst but they actually have alot ofdifferent car parts, accessories, cleaning suplies, paint, body filler, exhaust parts, and obviously they have oil and most fluids, still haven't found the blinker fluid but ifyou look hard enough you might. Idon't mod myvehicles tobe more than what they should beso idon't know about there selection ofafter market boost orwhatever but they dohave what ittakes tobe good asnew.… – show

The staff has agreat sense ofhumor every time Ienter myFowlerville branch, always served with asmile, and always taken aback byjust the off-hand knowledge that most oftheir employees have and are willing tohelp USfind apart, aplan, and apostal estimate when parts are shipped. Shipping isalmost always overnight, ifyou need touseit! ️
They had abattery, anidler pulley, and even some araw hose for anintake system--all for alimited-run, 2year production vehicle onhand andwas very helpful and joyful and joke-y (because life's not always THAT serious!).
I highly recommend your local O'Reilly for your auto needs, especially ina pinch…and ahuge shout out tothe Fowlerville, MIbranch for turning meinto anormal customer!… – show00

Had abad serpentine belt that snapped onthe way home that they managed toexchange out forme. They were very accommodating and borrowed out a1” 3/8socket extension soI could pull the tension pulley back toinstall the belt intheir parkinglot. These guys are winners inmy book.

Everytime Ineed something they seem tohaveit. Assoon asyou walk insomeone isasking how they can assistyou, and are super friendly! (not like the old school autoparts where the wanna bemechanic tells you how you're doing itwrong and how much ofan inconvenience you are tothem) and areally clean store.
